The Client’s booking session fee is non-refundable is due upon booking to secure your session date and time. If a cancellation occurs on behalf of The Client, the session fee will made available for use within 12 months succeeding the cancellation date. Session fee may be applied to a new booking within these 12 consecutive months following the cancellation. This only applies to cancellations made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after 48 hours before the date of the session, or on the day of The Client’s scheduled appointment, will result in a loss of session fee payment. Session fee payments are only refundable if the session is cancelled by The Photographer and a rescheduled session cannot be made. Any payments made for photography packages are non-refundable.
