Pregnancy is such a wonderful journey, but can also make you feel a bit overwhelmed with all the changes to your body, and perhaps out of your comfort zone. But you definitely don't want to miss out on this special time in your life!

My aim is to produce the most beautiful timeless portraits that will make you want to fill your walls with them. Time moves so fast, even more when you have children. At first your due date seems so far away and you ache to meet your beautiful baby, then before you know it, they are here in your arms. Your wriggly, cute little bump will seem so long ago! I freeze those moments for you and give you photographs to treasure forever. These pictures will go on to be treasured by your baby and future generations you wont even get to meet! What a legacy to leave them, stunning pictures of their heritage.

Pricing:

To book your Maternity Session you have to pay deposit of £99 on a weekday or £149 on the weekend this will be deducted from photography package price. Maternity sessions usually take between 1-2 hours. I highly recommend booking a full session as it gives more time to change your outfits, make use of more flattering lighting, and achieve better poses, while a mini session is strictly 45 minutes. But if you are on a budget and only want a few images you can go for Mini session. After session I will show you images and you have to purchase photography package. The smallest package purchase is required on the day of your session. Up to 1 week after session I will make online gallery with all images from your session, then you can choose images for editing. You have 1 week to do that. Edited images will be ready with in 2 weeks from the sessions day. If you want your session on a weekend there is a small fee of £50 to be added to your package price.

When is the best time to do a Maternity Photography session?

The recommended time to do a maternity shoot is around 30-36 weeks. Your bump will be a fabulous size and you should still be comfortable enough in your pregnancy to enjoy the shoot. However, the shoot can be whenever you feel happy to do this. I have shot maternity pictures days before due dates, so don’t worry if you think you have left it too late! Book Now!!!

What to expect at a Maternity & Bump photography session?

At the maternity photography session, I will guide you through all the poses so you don’t need to worry about not knowing what to do. The poses will accentuate your bump and position you in the most flattering way for your shape. Everyone is unique so the shoot will be tailored exactly to you. I have a selection of maternity gowns to choose from, you are also more than welcome to bring your own.

Maternity photoshoots can be held in my studio in Ongar, or outdoors.

Partners and older siblings are more than welcome to join you in the shoot for family photos.
