A secure payment link will be sent after your booking is confirmed. The deposit will be refunded within 3 working days following a studio inspection, provided the studio is left in the same condition it was found. Bookings are non-refundable. We do not offer cancellations or refunds. Bookings may be rescheduled only if requested more than 48 hours before your booking. Unfortunately, rescheduling is not available within 48 hours of your booking. Please leave the studio clean, tidy and ready for the next guest. A 15-minute tidy-up period is included at the end of your booking. All rubbish must be removed. For security purposes, CCTV operates at the studio entrance only.
